Is this the same as the Affiliate Program?

No. The Partners program is for travel businesses — agencies, OTAs, tour operators, hotels — that want to resell or bundle Nimbus at volume. The [Affiliate Program](http:///affiliate/) is for individual creators promoting Nimbus to their audience for commission. If you make travel content rather than run a travel business, that's the page you want.
