What should I do if my eSIM isn’t working?
Start with the basics. Make sure your Nimbus eSIM is turned on, selected for mobile data, and that Data Roaming is enabled. If you have both your regular SIM and Nimbus active, double-check that your phone is actually using Nimbus for data and not your home line.
Next, restart your phone and wait a couple of minutes. In many cases, the connection starts working after a fresh restart or after briefly turning Airplane Mode on for 10–15 seconds and then off again.
If your phone shows signal but you still have no internet, try turning off Automatic network selection and choosing the local supported network manually. Some plans may also require an APN. If your plan needs one, it will be shown in your setup details. If the APN field is empty or incorrect, adding the right APN can often solve the issue.
If you installed your eSIM before travel, that is usually completely normal. Many Nimbus plans only begin working once your phone connects to a supported local network at your destination. This means a plan can be installed in advance but still appear inactive until arrival.
If your phone says the eSIM cannot be activated, the code is invalid, or asks you to contact the carrier, it may mean the installation did not complete correctly the first time, the eSIM was removed and is being reinstalled, or the setup flow was interrupted. In that case, it is best to contact support before trying too many times again.

Most issues are caused by one of a few things: the wrong line being used for data, roaming being off, the phone attaching to the wrong network, or a missing setup detail such as APN.
